Inorganic Crystal Structure Database (ICSD) is an inorganic crystal structure database provided by the German FIZ Karlsruhe (Karlsruhe Patent Information Center), which contains detailed information on the structure of 187,106 fully characterized inorganic crystals published since 1913, providing basic information for the fields of materials science and nanotechnology.
