MSI (International Society for Materials and Science) is the world's largest research organization that collects and evaluates data on the composition of inorganic materials, originated from the German MPG Institute of Metal Research and founded in 1984. MSI's database product, MSI Eureka, collects the data on phase diagrams, phase reactions, and thermodynamics of inorganic materials since 1894 and is a numerical and reference database.
