The ERIC is a guide to published and unpublished educational literature organized by the U.S. Education Resource Information Center. It covers thousands of educational topics and provides the most complete educational bibliographic information, including non-periodical materials published in Resources in Education ( The RIE) monthly and reference notes for the monthly articles published in the Current Index to Journals in Education (CIJE), covering almost all the information related to education from 1966 to the present. ERIC has collected over 1,000 journals and other materials, with more than 1.5 million records, including an ERIC thesaurus. Users can read about 240,000 full-text articles for free. The database is updated once a month.
