The Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition was founded in 1959 by Harvard Law School students to provide opportunities for domestic and foreign law school students to debate complex and practical issues of international law. The Philip C. Jessup Library database brings together cases of competition, judges’ opinions, regulations and major arbitration rules. It can improve the ability of law students to practice in the legal field, learn successful responses to current globalization-related cases and problems, and prepare valuable reference materials and tools for students who want to join
